What are your contributions to the team?
Define and lead the technical vision and architecture of digital and artificial intelligence initiatives to support business modernization, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.Design and deliver technology solutions in collaboration with business teams, translating operational needs into robust and scalable technical solutions.Establish standards and best practices for software development, integration, testing, deployment, documentation, security, and operational support.Support the development, industrialization, and deployment of AI, automation, and emerging technology solutions while ensuring their responsible and secure use.Provide technical direction, estimates, resource planning, and roadmaps to ensure the efficient delivery of solutions.Recruit, mentor, and develop talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Contribute to the digital transformation technology strategy, assess the maturity of development practices, and implement performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
How to thrive in this role?
You possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.You possess 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.You have proven experience delivering software solutions from concept through production and ongoing support, with strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies and DevOps practices.You have experience designing architectures for cloud, integration, data platforms, AI/ML, or digital manufacturing (aerospace experience is an asset).You master tools and technologies relevant to architecture (e.g., Azure, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, AI frameworks, enterprise integration platforms).You demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills; you easily synthesize complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.You can communicate in both French and English, written and spoken.
