About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic team at Kudu Dynamics. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, deployment, and maintenance of advanced cybersecurity solutions. Your expertise will contribute to designing resilient platform architectures, automating deployment pipelines, and streamlining operational processes to safeguard critical systems against emerging threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system administration, and security protocols, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering (such as Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace) or Computer Science, along with a minimum of 12 years of directly related experience. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of network security, system architecture, scripting languages, and automation tools. Prior experience working with tools like Puppet, Ansible, Jira, and Confluence is preferred. A strong track record of supporting platform development lifecycle stages—from design and deployment to debugging and maintenance—is essential. Security clearance or the ability to obtain one is highly desirable. Responsibilities Support the entire development lifecycle, including platform design, deployment, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure robust and secure systems.Build and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable release pipelines that facilitate rapid deployment to production environments.Automate deployment processes across multiple environments utilizing scripting languages and automation toolkits to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Configure and manage sites and applications through configuration management tools such as Puppet and Ansible, ensuring consistency and compliance across environments.Maintain and enhance web service infrastructure, supporting seamless deployment and integration of web applications and services.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation strategies to streamline operations and enhance system reliability.
