AI Automation Engineer

As an AI Operations Engineer, you will be one of the first builders in our AI Operations team, working closely with the Head of AI Ops and teams across ESTO, with the autonomy to build, experiment, and move fast. This is a hands-on role for someone who gets excited about turning possibilities into working solutions - you will experiment with the latest AI tooling, build agentic workflows and integrations, and solve problems that have a visible impact on how ESTO operates.
