We’re hiring a seasoned Full Stack eTrading Engineer to work on algorithmic pricing, hedging, and trading automation.
You’ll take end-to-end ownership across design, development, testing, and implementation, partnering closely with front office stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
As Our Full Stack ETrading Engineer, You Will
Build and enhance electronic trading and algorithmic execution capabilities supporting automated pricing, hedging, and trading workflows Design and deliver low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems for global production use Develop in core Java, with strong focus on multi-threading, concurrency, and performance tuning Work with market connectivity and messaging standards including Financial Information eXchange (FIX) and Simple Binary Encoding (SBE) Own and improve mission-critical production systems in global environments, including operational stability and continuous improvement Partner closely with traders and quantitative analysts, contributing to solution design and constructively challenging architecture where needed
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
Proven relevant experience in front office trading systems Demonstrable experience in algorithmic execution and/or electronic trading Strong expertise in core Java (multi-threading, concurrency, performance tuning) Deep experience building low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems Practical knowledge of Financial Information eXchange (FIX) and Simple Binary Encoding (SBE) protocols Proven ownership of mission-critical production systems in global environments
Preferred Skills
Experience with Fixed Income and/or Foreign Exchange trading workflows Strong testing discipline (unit and integration testing) with a Behavior-Driven Development and Test-Driven Development mindset
