PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER – GENAI & PRODUCT ARCHITECT $280K–$350K (Base + Bonus) + Equity Hybrid – Bay Area (3 Days/Week) The Opportunity Join a profitable, fast-growing platform in a specialized, mission-driven domain as a founding-level engineer working directly with the CTO. This is a highly hands-on builder role focused on designing systems from scratch, shipping quickly, and bringing AI-powered ideas into production.
