About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Cnected. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#, is essential. Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools like React, Angular, or Vue.js is highly desirable. Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases, is required. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a keen eye for detail are critical for success in this role. Prior experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is a plus. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement software applications based on client requirements and project specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintainability. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Identify and troubleshoot software defects, performance issues, and other technical challenges. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and project outcomes. Assist in the integration of third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality. Document technical specifications and user manuals to facilitate future maintenance and upgrades. Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and innovative solutions.
