We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Global IT Team in Krailling or remote within Germany. Your Mission Develop, customize, and maintain innovative solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications using App Engine.Design and optimize workflows, automations, business rules, scripts, notifications, and user interfaces to streamline business processes. Lead and enhance Software Asset Management (SAM), ensuring software compliance, license optimization, and efficient lifecycle management. Maintain and evolve the CMDB by driving data quality, governance, service mapping, and configuration accuracy. Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer. Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and scalability through testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous optimization. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable solutions, provide technical expertise, and drive process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices. Your Talents Experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge of IT asset management, configuration management, and service management best practices. Experience integrating systems and automating business processes across enterprise applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for automation and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills in English and a customer-focused mindset. Commitment to building scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
