The Solutions Developer will be responsible for developing code for user computing (UC) tools used by an operations team to support and automate their back-office processes. The team — a collaborative, agile group of 10 — builds workflow tools and access forms to deliver end-to-end solutions for speed and accuracy. The project is divided into two pods focused on building tools and enhancements. The developer will participate in daily Agile standups to propose solutions and assess feature feasibility, handle some ad hoc incident support, and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. The contractor will have access to customer data. Meeting time averages 1–2 hours per day.
