Core Technical Stack (Must-Haves)
· Python Backend Mastery: Look for 5+ years of experience in core Python using asynchronous frameworks like FastAPI or AsyncIO (Django REST/Flask are also good, but async experience is preferred).
· API Design & Standards: Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs, implementing OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, and managing authentication standards (OAuth 2.0 / JWT).
