Job Description Oracle Developer_SE2 Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries based on the client customization and business rules to the processed claim data. Perform data validation, testing, and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of query results and client deliverables. Validate customized logic against business requirements and expected outcomes before deployment. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and provide regular updates. Document requirements, query logic, and customization specifications if needed. Monitor Production, identify and resolve any production issues encountered in real time. Maintain and upgrade in-house tools if needed. Required Qualifications 4–5 years of experience in SQL development, data analysis, data validation, or data operations roles. Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, subqueries, and query optimization. Experience with data testing, validation, and quality assurance processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Good to Have Experience in healthcare claims, payer, or revenue cycle management domains.
