Operations Support Associate (Swedish-speaking)

Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly organized Swedish-speaking Local Shops Operations Support Associate to support day-to-day operational and data-related tasks for our Local Shops business. This role is key to ensuring accurate assortment management, smooth operational execution, and timely support during vendor onboarding and ongoing maintenance, helping our partners succeed on the platform. What You’ll Do - Key responsibilities Be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and validating product files to ensure they are ready for assortment setup/creation. Contribute to the setup and updating of menu items or product listings (SKUs), including descriptions, images, and pricing accuracy. Assist in promotion and content execution by helping with promotion setup, banner creation, and the creation and ongoing maintenance of tags Support data and operations by performing vendor and product data clean-ups, troubleshooting barcode reports, and reviewing and supporting related operational requirements Provide support to vendors and internal stakeholders by creating decks and operational materials, and by handling repetitive, rule-based operational tasks during onboarding processes
