Technical Product Owner For a leading international engineering and consulting firm, we are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner. The organization works on complex societal challenges related to sustainability, the built environment, infrastructure, and digital innovation. Within the IT organization, you will play a key role in further developing and professionalizing the enterprise application and integration landscape. You will join a DevOps environment where multiple business-critical systems come together across Finance, HR, IT, and commercial operations. This includes ERP, CRM, and HR platforms, complemented by custom-built applications, integrations, and data flows. Your primary focus will be translating complex business requirements into technically feasible solutions for development teams. Your responsibilities Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.Work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.Translate business requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Contribute to the design and optimization of integrations, APIs, data flows, and technical dependencies.Ensure alignment between business requirements, architecture, security, and maintainability.Facilitate collaboration between business and IT throughout the development lifecycle.Why this opportunity? Compensation The salary range is approximately €5,000 – €6,500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek), depending on your experience, complemented by an attractive package of secondary employment benefits.
