Role Description The Web Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Barranquilla.
This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and websites that support DS Capital Bpo’s clients and internal operations.
Day-to-day tasks include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end logic and APIs, ensuring responsive and accessible design, and troubleshooting technical issues.
The Web Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional web solutions, performs code reviews, and adheres to best practices in performance, security, and version control.
The role also involves ongoing maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement of existing systems.
Qualifications
