Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and data platforms. This role requires strong expertise in AWS, Databricks, Power BI, Grafana, JIRA, and Confluence, along with hands-on experience in modern frontend/UI development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust user-facing applications, integrating backend services and data pipelines, and ensuring performance, reliability, and observability across the full technology stack. This role requires strong ownership, collaboration, and the ability to work across engineering, DevOps, data, and business teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications, including frontend UI components, backend APIs, and cloud-native servicesBuild responsive, reusable, and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern UI frameworks, ensuring performance, accessibility, and consistency across applicationsDevelop and support backend services and APIs for application integration, business logic, and data accessArchitect and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and related servicesIntegrate applications with Databricks and AWS-based data platforms to support data processing, analytics, and reporting use casesEnable business reporting and insight generation by supporting integration with Power BI dashboards and data modelsImplement monitoring, observability, and application health dashboards using Grafana and cloud monitoring toolsCollaborate in Agile teams using JIRA for sprint planning and tracking, and maintain technical documentation in ConfluenceWork closely with DevOps, data engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of features and releasesTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve application reliability, scalability, and maintainabilityContribute to architectural decisions, coding standards, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practicesMentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across frontend, backend, and platform teams Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of overall experienceExperience in full stack software engineering or application developmentStrong hands-on experience in frontend/UI development using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or similarStrong experience in backend development using Python, Java, Node.js, or similar technologiesSolid expertise in AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and IAMExperience integrating applications with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platformsExperience working with Power BI for reporting integration, dashboard enablement, or data model supportHands-on experience with Grafana for monitoring, dashboard creation, and observabilityGood understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and application integration patternsStrong knowledge of SQL, data access patterns, and backend-to-data platform integrationExperience working in Agile teams using JIRA and ConfluenceStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills Preferred Requirements Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShiftExposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with Databricks workflows, Spark, and lakehouse conceptsExperience with event-driven architecture and serverless design patternsExposure to Power BI administration or advanced dashboard integrationKnowledge of enterprise application security practicesExperience in automotive or enterprise-scale platformsExposure to Generative AI / RAG / LLM-enabled applications Our Benefits — Designed With You In Mind Comprehensive Health & Well-being Coverage From your very first day, you’ll have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage — ensuring you and your family stay healthy and protected.
