Application Support Analyst/ Site Reliability Engineer Location: Toronto, ON Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — In-office every Thursday and 4th Friday of every month Contract Details Position Type: ContractContract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension; FTE conversion could be possible — not confirmed at this time)Pay Rate: C$55.00–C$60.00 / Hour (CAD)Shift / Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday; OT may be possible; on-call possible after 5:00 PM to midnight (notified in advance if required) Job Summary We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support Wealth Management production applications. This role is responsible for ensuring system availability, monitoring application health, troubleshooting incidents, and driving operational excellence across production environments. Key Responsibilities Provide production support for business-critical applications and services.Monitor system health, application performance, and data flows.Investigate and resolve incidents, performance issues, and service disruptions.Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.Support deployments, operational readiness, and change activities.Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and runbooks.Contribute to knowledge repositories, support documentation, and process improvements. Required Skills 5–7 years of experience supporting enterprise production applications.Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.Experience with monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering practices.Platforms & Monitoring: - OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) - Grafana - Loki - Prometheus - Dynatrace Tools: - Feed Hub - AutoSys - ServiceNow (ITSM) - Confluence - Jira Excellent communication and documentation skills.
