Backend Software Developer (Python) Fully Remote (Germany) To €90,000 + Bonus A growing engineering team building the backend behind large-scale GPU and AI compute infrastructure is looking for a Python-focused Backend Developer. This is a role for someone who actually knows Python not just one framework, but the wider ecosystem. You'll build and maintain the services and APIs that keep the platform running, working close to the infrastructure across Linux, Docker and modern Python tooling, in a small team where your work has real ownership and visibility. What you'll be doing Building and maintaining backend services in Python (FastAPI or similar)Designing clean, well-documented REST APIsWorking across Linux, containers (Docker) and automation (Ansible)Writing proper automated tests (Pytest) and owning the reliability of what you shipContributing to real architecture decisions, not just tickets What we're looking for Solid commercial Python experience with genuine ecosystem breadthComfortable with FastAPI (or equivalent), REST API design and LinuxHands-on with Docker; exposure to Ansible, CI/CD and infrastructure automationStrong testing habits and a clean, pragmatic engineering mindsetNice to have: RabbitMQ, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy Fully remote within Germany.
