Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced React Front-End Developer to build scalable, high-performance user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AG Grid, along with experience working across APIs, authentication, data modeling, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
The candidate will collaborate closely with backend engineers and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready applications and modern user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop highly scalable front-end applications using React.js, AG Grid, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deliver production applications on Azure using CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and integrated Azure services.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate Python/Django APIs and deliver end-to-end features.
- Identify and resolve performance issues and application bottlenecks.
- Implement authentication and authorization across systems and environments.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
- Produce clear technical documentation and communicate technical decisions effectively.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, take ownership, and work independently when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall software development experience, with at least 8+ years working with the required technologies.
- Strong professional experience building production-grade UI applications using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with advanced AG Grid, including server-side data loading, filtering, and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of front-end fundamentals including HTML, CSS, browser APIs, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Experience working across the technology stack, including consuming and evolving APIs.
Python/Django exposure is a plus.
- Experience with data modeling and SQL.
- Experience building and maintaining shared UI component libraries and design systems, preferably using Storybook.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization patterns such as SSO, OIDC/OAuth2, and RBAC.
- Experience with modern front-end build and development tooling such as Node.js, Vite, npm workspaces, and monorepos.
- Proven track record of improving code quality through testing, code reviews, refactoring, and establishing team coding standards.
- Experience delivering software in a CI/CD environment, preferably using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Cloud experience deploying and operating web applications.
AWS/GCP/Azure experience is acceptable; Azure experience is preferred.
