Senior Growth Engineer

We’re hiring: Senior Growth Engineer @ Firecrawl 📍 San Francisco / Bay Area — Hybrid 💰 $230K–$275K base + competitive equity 💼 Full-time | 5–12 years of experience Firecrawl is looking for a Senior Growth Engineer who can write production code and own the metrics that matter. This isn’t a growth marketing role. We’re looking for a strong full-stack engineer who has personally owned and improved signup, activation, onboarding, conversion, or other PLG funnel metrics. What you’ll own → Signup, activation, onboarding & conversion experiences → Full-stack growth experiments from frontend to backend → Funnel instrumentation, A/B testing & rapid iteration → Conversion and activation metrics — from hypothesis to measurable outcome → Developer-facing product experiences that drive adoption and growth What we’re looking for ✅ 5–12 years of full-stack engineering experience ✅ Hands-on Growth Engineering / Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience ✅ Proven ownership of conversion, activation, or funnel metrics ✅ Experience designing and running A/B tests / growth experiments ✅ Strong product mindset — you ship, measure, learn, and iterate ✅ Experience with developer-facing products, APIs, SDKs, playgrounds, or dev tools ✅ Early-stage or growth-stage startup experience strongly preferred ✅ Strong track record of ownership and meaningful tenure Bonus: Experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Vercel, PostgreSQL, LLM APIs, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog.
