Who we are looking for We are looking for a Founding Engineer to help us scale our product and make global logistics fully autonomous. As a DNA hire, you are defined more by mindset than by title. You will own key parts of the product full-stack, building reliable technology that users love and that makes them radically more efficient. Key Responsibilities Own the Core: Personally design, build, and maintain the most critical parts of our product, transforming complex technical challenges into elegant and clean architecture. Optimize the AI Engine: Rigorously evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune our AI capabilities, ensuring our core AI functions deliver maximum domain accuracy and receive spot on context. Drive frontier experimentation. Stay on top of the latest model releases, frameworks, and agentic techniques, continuously test promising approaches in production environments, and ship it on the same day.
