Language: English - Business fluent (C2) Strong builder mindset.Strong backend or infrastructure engineering experience, ideally in fast-moving B2B SaaS startups.At least 4–5 years of experience with web technologies using JavaScript or TypeScript.Excellent English communication skills, with clear and structured communication.Ability to motivate, support and lead other engineers. Activities Take full technical ownership of the modules your pod is responsible for.Build and ship complex, high-impact features yourself.Partner closely with our product managers to challenge requirements and simplify solutions, maximizing the impact your pod generates for our customers.Mentor and lead the engineers in your pod by example, supporting their professional development.Contribute to and help shape company-wide technical standards that enable engineers to consistently deliver high-quality work.Make pragmatic technical and operational decisions, providing clear direction even in situations of uncertainty. Team You will join a diverse, cross-functional team that prioritizes impact and mutual support. We work in engineering pods of 2-4 people, where we actively seek feedback and strive to be the best versions of ourselves.
