Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and support Windows 10/11/Server and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.Configure, maintain, and monitor VMware/Hyper-V and cloud-based systems (AWS).Build, deploy, and maintain Docker/containerized applications and orchestrated environments.Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.Work with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.Apply cybersecurity best practices, including hardening, monitoring, and vulnerability management.Collaborate with developers, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth software solutions for end customers.
Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or related roles.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, RHEL, and CentOS, along with Wix.Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC.Hands-on experience with Docker/containers; exposure to Kubernetes or ECS/EKS is a plus.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including network security, IAM, patching, and vulnerability scanning.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
