In this highly visible, client-facing role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI product specifications and enterprise financial infrastructure. Operating as a hybrid senior engineer and technical consultant, your mandate balances deep infrastructure deployment with high-impact communication. You will work directly on customer premises to assess environment readiness, design tailored deployment solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of enterprise AI artifacts. Job Responsibilities Enterprise Client Deployment: Lead the installation, configuration, and scaling of core products directly on client infrastructure, focusing heavily on production Kubernetes clusters (primarily Azure AKS and AWS, alongside select on-premises environments).Strategic Infrastructure Architecture: Partner directly with technical and business stakeholders at major financial services institutions to assess their existing infrastructure and design customized, automated deployment processes.Technical Consulting & Workshops: Lead technical discovery workshops, present infrastructure decisions in clear business terms, and navigate ambiguity to manage client expectations and escalations during complex engagements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Function as the core link between enterprise clients and internal engineering teams, translating client environment constraints and product feedback into precise technical requirements to optimize future deployment efficiency.Job Requirements Professional Foundation: 7+ years of technical experience across systems engineering, service engineering, or software engineering, with a proven track record in highly client-facing or consultative environments.Production Kubernetes & Cloud Expertise: Extensive hands-on production experience managing cloud environments, with specific technical proficiency benchmarks:Terraform: Deep production masteryKubernetes: Strong administration and clusteringAzure or AWS: Enterprise cloud proficiencyHelm: Strong package management experienceThe Technical Consultant Mindset: Exceptional client-facing fluency.
