This is a generalist role where you'll grow across integration engineering and AI-powered automation rather than specialising in a single area. You'll build within established architecture and standards, applying a high bar for correctness and auditability when working with sensitive employee data and employment-related processes. Main Tasks And Responsibilities Building and delivering reliable integrations, event flows, automation, and internal tooling using established engineering patterns.Supporting platform migrations through backfills, validation, reconciliation, parallel running, and safe handling of data changes.Ensuring production reliability through automated testing, monitoring, alerting, root-cause investigation, and clear runbooks.Protecting data integrity and sensitive employee information through safe retries, validation, access controls, and auditable changes.Contributing to agentic and AI-powered automation as the platform evolves, including building tooling that agents can safely use.Maintaining clear documentation, contributing to code and design reviews, and continuously improving your understanding of People processes.
