Front-end Web Development Supervisor

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Front-end Web Development Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize user interfaces across all company websites using React and Next.js.Collaborate with Graphic designers to ensure accurate implementation of visual design and functionality.Maintain a consistent, branded look and feel across all platforms.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to modern web standards and accessibility guidelines.Stay current with React ecosystem updates, performance optimization techniques, and best practices in modern frontend development.Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) features using Next.js for SEO and performance.Lead, mentor, and support one sub-team of the Front-end Web Development team through technical guidance, coaching, and performance management.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in development.Collaborate with Back-end Developers and stakeholders to deliver reliable web solutions.Research and evaluate new technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and modern workflows that improve code quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. Requirements BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related field.6+ years of experience in front-end web development, including at least 2 years in a technical supervisory or technical coordinator role.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience mentoring developers across different seniority levels.Native or near-native proficiency in English. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including DOM manipulation and the React lifecycle.Solid understanding of Next.js features such as routing, API routes, middleware, and performance optimization.Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling methodologies (e.g., CSS Modules, Tailwind, SCSS).Familiarity with headless CMS integration and SEO best practices for web apps.Basic working knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP or Python.Understanding of version control systems (Git) and agile workflows.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced development environment with tight deadlines.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern development workflows is considered an advantage Resumes must be submitted in English.
