In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Merchandising team in [NEEDS INPUT: location]. Merchandising is where retailers decide what to sell, where, and at what price. Those decisions ripple out into less waste, better-stocked shelves, and fairer pricing for millions of shoppers. A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is embedded directly in the customer's environment to make that happen: configuring, extending and building on the RELEX platform against one customer's real operational context. Where our product engineers build one capability for every customer, you work the other way round, one customer and many capabilities, until their supply chain measurably runs better. The role is embedded by design. You'll spend meaningful stretches of an engagement on-site with customers, heaviest around discovery and go-live, so willingness to travel is a condition of the role rather than an occasional extra.
