About the Role We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our client's Web team and contribute to the development of internal backend services that process and transfer data between company platforms and external vendors. In this role, you will work closely with Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts in a Scrum environment, designing and developing scalable microservices while ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability. You will play an important role in building modern backend solutions, integrating internal and external systems, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's architecture and development practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang) and PHP • Develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs • Integrate internal services with external systems and third-party vendors • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts • Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following software engineering best practices • Apply SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles, as well as common design patterns • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting • Work with relational databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL • Containerize applications using Docker and contribute to modern deployment environments • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What We Are Looking For • 4-6 years of experience in backend development • Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang) • Experience with PHP development • Experience building web services and microservice-based applications • Good understanding of network protocols and web service integration • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) • Experience with Docker • Experience working with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL • Understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS) and design patterns Nice to Have • Experience with Kubernetes • Experience with Apache Kafka • Experience with Redis • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments What We Offer? • A modern, dynamic, and future-oriented company • A competitive salary package with additional social benefits • The opportunity to work on modern backend systems and microservice architecture Be part of an international, multicultural team of 12,000 talented professionals across 60+ countries and 5 continents.
