Job Description:
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain an internal platform that delivers valuable software development lifecycle insights across the organisation.
What You’ll Do:
Build, test, and maintain platform features and backend servicesDevelop and support APIs, integrations, dashboards, data pipelines, and automationInvestigate and resolve defects, incidents, and operational issuesImprove monitoring, logging, reliability, and overall platform performancePartner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insightsFollow engineering, security, and compliance standardsCreate technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in software engineering and application developmentStrong understanding of backend services, APIs, databases, and integrationsExperience with CI/CD, automated testing, source control, and code reviewsAbility to troubleshoot production and non-production issuesKnowledge of secure development and operational support practicesExcellent communication skills and an agile team mindset
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platformsKnowledge of Java, Maven, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar technologiesExperience with dashboards, reporting, data analysis, or engineering metricsExperience working in a regulated enterprise environment
