You will ensure our data is collected, stored and used responsibly with safeguarding for younger users a priority. What are we looking for? ✅ Requirements 3 years proficiency in Node.js, Express, or equivalent server framework Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB data modeling Familiarity with JWT-based authentication and RBAC patterns Understanding of API versioning, rate limits, and testing Git/GitHub workflow (branches, PRs, code reviews) Comfort working from detailed Notion specs and endpoint contracts Passion for climate tech and collaborative dev environments Remote What will you be doing? 💼 Role Summary As an experienced back-end developer, you'll help implement secure, scalable services for One Sky’s public website and reporting systems. This includes API development, data modeling, access control, and admin feature support. 🛠 Responsibilities Build and document RESTful APIs for Daily impact metrics User action history for reporting Implement role-based access controls (e.g. Impactor and Sponsor) Integrate external services (email, CMS, analytics) Assist in exporting daily/weekly impact summaries via JSON/CSV Ensure data consistency across reporting streams Support Super Admin panel API endpoints (quiz editor, campaign loader, streak engine)
