You’ll work within our DTS Products & Digital Capability team, collaborating with product, design, architecture, testing and business stakeholders. Your technical expertise will help us build practical solutions that support important work for governments and communities. As a Senior Full Stack Developer In The DTS Products & Digital Capability Team, You’ll Make a Positive Impact By Designing, building and maintaining full stack applications across the technology stackDeveloping responsive, accessible and high-performing user interfacesBuilding scalable back-end services, APIs and integration solutionsImplementing efficient database models, queries and data access patternsContributing to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and production releasesGuiding developers, supporting code reviews and promoting maintainable engineering practices. Serco is a place for you You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience will support your success, along with senior-level capability in modern software engineering, cloud services, AI, testing, secure development and operational practices. A relevant cloud certification, AI development or demonstrated experience in areas such as DevOps, agile delivery, architecture or software quality would also be valuable. Strong full stack engineering capability across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases and cloudExperience with technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, Java, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, Vue or .NETExperience designing secure, scalable REST, GraphQL or event-driven integrationsPractical experience with SQL and NoSQL databasesKnowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, containers and cloud servicesThe ability to mentor developers and communicate confidently with technical and business stakeholders To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen so that we can obtain the required Baseline Defence Security Clearance for you.
