Responsibilities
Support, manage, and optimise infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud platforms, operating systems, identity management, and network infrastructure.Conduct proactive system health checks and preventive maintenance to maximise uptime and performance.Deliver tier-2/3 technical support and guidance to corporate clients across core infrastructure technologies.Author and maintain precise system documentation, topology diagrams, and operational runbooks.Participate in vendor-sponsored training programs to maintain and expand industry certifications.
Requirements
Experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), hybrid setups, and core enterprise technologies.Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities paired with a client-first service mentality.Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced team environmentCertifications (Bonus): Active credentials from Microsoft, OCI, HPE, VMware, or similar enterprise vendors are advantageous.Located in Malta with local experience
