About Agartu Space Agartu Space is a Technology Consulting company that helps businesses implement IT and AI solutions. We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer — Senior Consultant who wants to be involved in the entire solution lifecycle — from understanding the problem to implementing it for the client. You’ll dive into business challenges, communicate with users, propose solutions, build them independently, and see them through to real-world use. ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business challenges and turn them into practical IT and AI solutions.Work directly with clients and users: identify their needs, ask the right questions, gather feedback, and clarify requirements.Design and implement solutions independently — from the initial idea and architecture to production and deployment.Work with existing systems and codebases, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.Automate business processes and integrate systems and data.Take ownership of tasks and see them through to real-world implementation and use by the client. Must HaveCommercial experience with Python development.Strong knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI.Experience with JavaScript and React / Next.js.Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL, Redis, and REST APIs.Experience with Tailwind, HTML/CSS, and Ngrok.Experience with AI/LLM and AI-powered development tools.Ability to independently navigate existing codebases and unfamiliar systems.Strong problem-solving skills: ability to identify root causes, break down complex problems, and propose multiple solutions.Ability to communicate with users and translate business needs into technical solutions. Nice to HaveExperience in a startup, product team, IT consulting, or systems integration environment.Experience independently implementing solutions for clients.Understanding of product thinking and business processes.Understanding of CustDev, CJM, Jobs-to-be-Done, or similar approaches.Minor in Public Policy, Public Administration, or Economics.
