Full-Stack Engineer

The role/ stack: Full-stack: GoReact/ TypeScriptAWS infrastructure. CI/CD and solid deployment practices. Looking for a true Full-Stack Engineer (+ open to other backend languages if you are excited about learning and working with Go) They heavily promote a growth mindset and an environment driven by learning & continual improvement In this role you own features from spec to production, no hand-holding, no committee decisions, just you, the tools, and the problem in front of you. They want self starters, problem solvers and go getters! The team is AI-native. Most code is written by agents. They're not waiting to see where AI goes, they are extremely passionate about it and using it to its fullest potential. If you're getting serious velocity out of Claude, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot, you'll hit the ground running. If you're not using these tools yet, this probably isn't the right move. Who they're looking for The technical bar is high and they are looking for passionate, driven and ambitious engineers who love what they do. 60% of what gets people hired here is who they are. They want people with fire in the belly. Engineers who spot problems before they're asked to, who take a complex ambiguous brief and drive it to a clean solution, and who thrive working cross-functionally across product, design, and infra. If you've spent your career heads-down in a single lane, this likely isn't the place. Track record in fast-moving, smaller team environments matters a lot. So does genuine curiosity about the space — sports, betting, financial services, or prediction markets. The process Four rounds: a paired programming session, a systems design, a cross-functional interview, and a final conversation. This can be completed fairly quickly as they are scaling rapidly.
