Sounds interesting? Get in touch with us! Responsibilities Propose the most optimal technical solutions based on business requirements.Script processes between systems e.g.. Mail-Jira, Google Sheets-Mail, Google Sheets-Slack, KseF-Jira, Parcel manager (InPost) - Jira, Calamari-Jira.Develop applications and software to support internal processes.Provide administrative support for Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Assets.Deliver internal user support and facilitate training sessions to enhance adoption and effective usage.Track system health and performance metrics to ensure stability and minimize downtime.Maintain up-to-date documentation covering configurations, standards, and operational proceduresEstablish and enforce governance frameworks and best practices for tool management.Execute scheduled maintenance tasks and coordinate software upgrades.Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather input and implement solutions that meet evolving needs. Requirements Proficiency in scripting using languages such as Python, JavaScript, YAML or C#.Experience working with REST APIs and implementing system integrations.Ability to build basic front-end interfaces that make scripts easier for users to work with.Experience in software architecture and design.Basic familiarity with the Atlassian environment.Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.Ability to conduct effective technical research and evaluate different approaches to solving a problem.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, accessible way to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to evaluate feasibility based on available data and confidently communicate when a proposed solution is not viable.High standards of workplace hygiene and compliance with security and ISO standards.English: B1-B2.
