Why This Role Matters This role helps enable smarter, data-driven manufacturing by connecting machines with IT systems across manufacturing facilities in EMEA. You will contribute to improving efficiency, quality, and reliability across production processes while supporting the ongoing digital transformation of modern tire manufacturing. What You’ll Do Lead and support projects to develop, implement and improve manufacturing data systems in EMEAIntegrate production equipment with IT platforms and databasesDevelop and maintain data interfaces (APIs, system connections)Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment data and system performanceCollaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver solutionsEnsure solutions meet global standards and business requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes Basic Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field5-8 years of experience working with data systems, system integration (APIs, XML) and manufacturing IT/OTKnowledge of enterprise messaging technologies and protocols (e.g. ActiveMQ, Camel), programming (e.g. Java or C#, Linux and Windows scripting) and databases (e.g. Oracle)Good communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsUnderstanding of automation systems and data collection from equipmentFamiliarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) or networking We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
