In this role, you will be a key link between the customer and the development team, contributing to the delivery of high-tech systems for our European clients. Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements for IT solutions;Collaborate with clients, business analysts, developers, and other project stakeholders;Prepare and align technical documentation: specifications, technical tasks, user stories;Manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle;Conduct interviews, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and other requirement-gathering activities;Participate in testing processes and verify that the implemented functionality meets requirements;Initiate improvements to business processes and architectural solutions. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst;Knowledge of requirements analysis methodologies and project management (BABOK, Agile, Waterfall);Strong skills in business process modeling using UML and BPMN;Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other modern requirement management platforms;Understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical documentation standards;Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams;English proficiency at B2–C1 level: participation in meetings, correspondence, and documentation.Experience in IT consulting or outsourcing projects;Understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.);International certifications: CBAP, CCBA, REQB, or similar.
