Operational Excellence Manager - High-Tech/Semicon: Are you energized by improving processes, driving change and helping teams work smarter every day? Then this role as a Operational Excellence Manager could be your next step. Your role As a Operational Excellence Manager, you ensure that processes are continuously improved. You identify opportunities, analyse bottlenecks and guide improvement initiatives from idea to successful implementation. You work closely with different departments and know how to translate operational challenges into practical solutions. By combining data, structure and a hands on approach, you help make processes more efficient, reliable and future proof. What will you do? Identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete actionsSet up and lead improvement projectsOptimise processes related to quality, efficiency and performanceWork together with teams to successfully implement changesApply Lean, Six Sigma and other improvement methodologiesEnsure that new ways of working are embedded within the organisation Who are we looking for? A Operational Excellence Manager who is analytically strong and takes ownership of improvement initiatives. You bring: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking and workingExperience with continuous improvement within a technical, industrial or operational environmentKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologiesExperience with project based improvement initiatives and change managementStrong communication skills and a practical mindset Experience with data analysis, automation or digital improvement solutions is a plus.
