Mentor and support less experienced engineers, driving DevOps best practices and capability uplift across teams.
Collaborate with development, data engineering, and operations teams to ensure systems meet availability, performance, and cost targets.
Influence technical standards, tooling choices, and architectural decisions to improve resilience and operability.
What You Bring
Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
Advanced knowledge of containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Expert-level skills in CI/CD pipeline design using tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps practices, and vulnerability management.
Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch, or OpenTelemetry.
Familiarity with data platforms including Redshift, Databricks, and data pipeline orchestration with Azure Data Factory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams without formal authority.
A practical, structured approach to problem-solving and a self-driven commitment to continuous learning.
