The Role As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll architect and deliver high-impact features across our web and mobile platforms, directly shaping the product roadmap for a solution already trusted by enterprise clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges in an industry ripe for digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Ship end-to-end solutions using React (TypeScript) for frontend and Ruby on Rails for backend systems, ensuring seamless integration between web and mobile apps.Optimize performance, scalability, and security across PostgreSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud infrastructure.Lead code reviews and architectural decisions while managing technical debt in a fast-paced startup environment.Partner with product managers and customer success teams to translate non-technical user needs into elegant technical solutions.Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to maintain rapid, reliable deployment cycles.Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to on-call rotations for mission-critical systems.
