About The Role As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving our US Sports platform. We are building a dedicated team and trading platform to help us establish a leadership position in the US sports gambling industry, replicating our successful foundation in Europe. Your role will be pivotal in driving our growth and success by delivering high-quality, scalable, and resilient software solutions. Our systems are built on N-Tier distributed architecture, capable of processing large volumes of data during high-profile sporting events. Ensuring system resilience and stability is crucial to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to implement innovative features and enhancements. This role also involves mentoring junior engineers, guiding them through technical challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your expertise will help shape the architectural vision of our platform, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The position offers the flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing a balance between remote work and office presence. The annual salary range for this role is $125,000 - $155,000, reflecting the level of experience and expertise required. Qualifications Extensive experience building modern React applications using Typescript, with advanced state management techniques such as Redux and performance optimization skills.Proven experience developing microservices to support frontend applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability.Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices for deploying APIs and services in live environments, including tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools, with experience integrating testing throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience automating testing and deployment pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable releases.Ability to optimize SQL queries to meet performance benchmarks and improve system efficiency.A self-starter with a history of contributing effectively within a team and being recognized as a subject matter expert.Focus on delivery and clear communication, prioritizing results over process and extensive manual documentation.Autonomous, inquisitive, and passionate about continuous learning and technological innovation.Experience coaching and mentoring team members in technical areas, fostering professional growth.
