Junior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full-stack Software Engineer to join a project developing advanced information systems for the automotive sector. The platform supports and automates service management, logistics, and e-commerce workflows. Our team works in an AI-native engineering environment where coding agents are used as part of the daily development process. Your Responsibilities Develop and deliver features across the database, backend, and frontend;Use AI coding agents to explore the codebase, implement features, refactor code, and generate tests;Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability;Break requirements down into clear, manageable, and verifiable development tasks;Collaborate with the development team throughout the entire delivery process Requirements Basic practical experience with TypeScript or JavaScript;Understanding of both backend and frontend development fundamentals;Familiarity with Git, Conventional Commits, and Docker;Ability to take ownership of a task and work independently from implementation to delivery;Experience with Next.js, NestJS, or Strapi v5 is a plus;Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly Agentic coding (must-have — this is the real bar): Practical experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, or similar tools;Ability to plan tasks and effectively review AI-generated code;Familiarity with MCP servers, subagents, or repository instructions is an advantage Benefits Diverse and technically challenging projectsTraining budget for professional and personal growthFlexible working hours and a hybrid or remote workplace modelFlexible schedule and an Agile/SCRUM environmentTechnical equipment that you can choose Salary range - 2000 EUR to 3000 EUR monthly before taxes.
