What We Are Looking For
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll apply specialist engineering and project management expertise to guide projects from initiation through to construction readiness, ensuring robust planning, sound governance and well‑informed decisions.
You’ll lead the planning and preconstruction delivery of civil infrastructure projects, shaping scope, assessing options and setting clear strategies for successful transition into construction.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Lead planning and preconstruction activities to define scope, set direction and ensure projects are construction‑ready.Manage project programs, budgets, risks, procurement strategies and documentation to support sound governance and decisions.Engage stakeholders to identify requirements, constraints, approvals, service conflicts and community impacts.Provide expert advice on scope, cost, program, risk, procurement and contract administration.Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, manage procurement processes and support contract administration, including performance, claims, variations and safety.

What You’ll Need For Success
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Washington Accord recognised or equivalent) with eligibility for RPEQ registration in Civil Engineering.White Card and a valid Class C or CA driver licence.Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects from initiation through to construction.Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure delivery processes, budgeting, cost control and reporting.Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities, risks and timeframes.
