About The Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer II to join our FOLIO Operations team. This role focuses on supporting large-scale, cloud-based library platforms, ensuring the resilience, automation, and high availability of mission-critical systems within a multi-tenant SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable infrastructure, automating operational workflows, and maintaining system reliability. The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge technologies, including cloud services, microservices architectures, and automation tools, to support the FOLIO Library Management System—a modern, open-source, cloud-native platform designed to meet the evolving needs of libraries worldwide. This position requires U.S. Citizenship, with eligibility and willingness to obtain a government security clearance, to support the security and compliance requirements of the organization.
