We’re seeking a talented individual to play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and effective digital learning content. In this project-based opportunity, you’ll be instrumental in transforming educational concepts into dynamic, interactive experiences that reach a broad audience, contributing directly to the success of diverse learning initiatives. This role offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects, with an estimated initial duration of four months, and the potential for ongoing project-to-project work, where your expertise will directly enhance learning outcomes for a wide array of users. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with instructional design teams to develop compelling e-learning courses utilizing Articulate Rise.Design, develop, and meticulously maintain e-learning courses, ensuring they are SCORM/xAPI compliant and precisely meet client specifications.Craft engaging and interactive course content, guaranteeing compatibility across various learning management systems.Implement strong organizational practices, strictly adhering to established naming conventions and folder structures for all course materials.Manage workload efficiently to consistently meet project deadlines, upholding high standards of quality and attention to detail.Apply a keen eye for graphic design and ensure all course materials align perfectly with brand guidelines.Configure courseware to provide meaningful reporting capabilities for diverse learning management systems.Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered during course development or delivery.Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to verify course functionality and ensure client expectations are consistently met.Stay current with the latest e-learning trends, emerging technologies, and innovative techniques to continuously enhance learning solutions.Contribute to project planning and timeline management, playing a part in ensuring all project milestones are achieved on schedule.Maintain regular and clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing timely updates on progress and addressing any concerns. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, computer science, or a closely related field.At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing e-learning courses, specifically using Articulate Rise.A strong foundational understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other essential e-learning standards.Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated strong attention to detail and the capacity to excel both independently and as a collaborative team member.Availability to work during standard business hours (e.g., 9 AM-5 PM) to facilitate effective collaboration and project execution. All assignments must be completed within these designated hours.Candidates are required to provide their own laptop and their own Articulate Rise license. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Prior experience with various learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).
