Senior Full-Stack React Native Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong React Native expertise to join a fast-moving product team and help deliver a high-quality mobile experience end-to-end. The role is primarily focused on connecting newly designed React Native mobile screens with an existing Python and AWS backend, while also contributing to backend development, third-party integrations, and product improvements as the engagement progresses. The role will be suitable for someone who is highly self-directed, technically strong, and comfortable working independently. You should have strong product and UX judgement, be confident identifying issues and suggesting better solutions, and be experienced in using AI coding tools to work efficiently and accelerate delivery. Responsibilities: Integrate newly designed React Native screens with the existing Python and AWS backend.Build and maintain seamless end-to-end mobile experiences across frontend and backend systems.Identify and resolve integration gaps, including missing APIs, backend fields, or supporting functionality.Apply strong UX judgement and attention to detail, proactively identifying issues and recommending better approaches.Support integrations with payment providers, financial services, and KYC/AML platforms such as Persona.Make UI and design refinements where required, including text, buttons, spacing, alignment, and layouts.Work across the full stack as the engagement evolves, with a strong focus on mobile development.Track development work through Jira, Trello, or similar ticketing systems, ensuring features are documented and reviewable.Participate in regular stand-ups and sprint check-ins to communicate progress, surface blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.Work independently with minimal supervision while taking ownership of technical delivery and quality.Requirements: 6 + years of experience with React Native, with multiple mobile applications successfully shipped to production.Solid experience with Python backend development and REST/API integrations.Strong working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application environments.Proven experience working as a full-stack developer, with strong mobile development expertise.Experience integrating payment providers or financial services into applications.Experience working with KYC/AML platforms, such as Persona.Strong experience with Python backend development and AWS.Experience or exposure to fintech, wealth management, investment, or financial technology products.Experience using Jira, Trello, or similar ticketing/project management tools.Strong proficiency with AI coding and development tools and the ability to incorporate them effectively into daily development workflows.Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, API integration, debugging, and end-to-end feature delivery.Good UX and product sensibility, with strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and operate effectively with light oversight.Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge requirements and recommend better technical or product approaches.Company Benefits: Friendly, competitive, and creative work environment with exposure to international leadership and global clients.Opportunity to collaborate with international teams and gain valuable experience working on global projects.Competitive salary aligned with market standards, with regular performance reviews and growth opportunities.Standard 5-day work week (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) within a collaborative hybrid work environment.Access to paid learning platforms such as Udemy, along with opportunities to work with modern technologies and tools.Employee benefits including Provident Fund (PF), CIT, paid leave, and sick leave.Regular refreshments, recreational activities, and team-building events to support a positive and engaging workplace.Explore more opportunities at www.tekkon.com.np/jobs.
