Description

Most software engineers never see their code go anywhere near a real patient. This one will. That's the reality with this role. They've built a sedation-free colonoscopy device, magnetic, single-use, spun out of the University of Leeds and it's already in human clinical trials. Now they're looking for someone to own the UI/front-end of the software (Linux-based), and help shape how the team codes as it grows. You'll get to: Own the front-end/UI layer, start to finishHelp set the coding standards the team builds onWork hands-on with embedded systems, close to the hardwareDo it all with real structure - Git, proper lifecycle practices What you'll bring: UI development experienceStrong Git and Linux skillsSome C/C++ and embedded systems exposure Recent grads with placement or gap-year projects, you're welcome here too.
