Are you an IAM Platform Engineer looking for an environment where you can solve genuinely complex engineering challenges?

I'm exclusively supporting a world-class technology organisation as it continues to invest in its Identity & Access Management Platform Engineering capability.
This is far more than a traditional IAM role.
You'll be responsible for designing, engineering and evolving enterprise identity platforms that secure a highly sophisticated technology environment, delivering scalable services that thousands of applications and engineers depend upon.
You'll work across:

🔹 Authentication & Identity Federation (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
🔹 PingFederate, PingAM/ForgeRock, Entra ID & Okta
🔹 Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
🔹 Privileged Access Management (PAM)
🔹 Identity Lifecycle Automation (JML)
🔹 Entitlements, RBAC, ABAC & Authorisation
🔹 API Development & Platform Automation
🔹 Active Directory & LDAP Integration
🔹 Kubernetes, Terraform, Cloud Infrastructure & CI/CD
We're looking for engineers who enjoy building enterprise-scale IAM platforms, automating identity services and solving complex authentication, authorisation and privileged access challenges.
You'll be replacing bespoke solutions with secure, standards-based platforms that enable engineering teams to build and innovate more effectively.
