Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior–Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing iQ AI team.
In this role, you will help design, build, and scale modern web applications and AI-driven products that integrate with Qualifacts’ core platform.
You will collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality features that bring AI capabilities into real-world healthcare workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to work on AI-enabled products, modern cloud infrastructure, and scalable full-stack systems.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for AI-powered healthcare applicationsDevelop modern frontend interfaces using frameworks such as React or Next.jsBuild and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar technologiesIntegrate AI and data-driven features into product workflowsWork with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and scale applicationsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship new featuresWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve production issuesContinuously improve system performance, reliability, and security
Qualifications
Required
0-2 years of professional software engineering experienceExperience building full-stack web applicationsProficiency with JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)Experience building REST APIs or backend servicesFamiliarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, version control (Git), and testing practicesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

Experience with AI/ML integrations or LLM-based applicationsExperience with Python for backend or data processingFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Experience with Docker or containerized deploymentsExposure to healthcare, EHR systems, or regulated environmentsExperience with event-driven architectures or microservices
