Business Overview Global Investigations Services (GIS) provides centralized governance for the compliance investigations program. The team is strengthening its governance practices using Navex EthicsPoint as the single system of record for its investigation activity, reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual follow-up, while improving privacy controls, data quality, analytics and leadership reporting. Role Description We are seeking a GIS Contractor to lead a time-bound Navex remediation and enablement program. You will bring structure, discipline and hands-on execution to a complex, cross-functional effort involving data integrity, tier restructuring, workflow improvements, privacy-impact-assessment actions, creating and testing and analytics enablement. As the liaison between GIS and Navex, your work will help establish a cleaner, more scalable governance foundation for the investigations program. This is a delivery-focused contractor role. It is intended to resolve a defined remediation and configuration backlog and enable the future-state process; it is not a permanent headcount position or a replacement-platform initiative. What You’ll Be Doing Assess the current Navex environment, backlog, data quality, workflows, tiers, statuses and administrative issues, then create a prioritized remediation plan.Remediate the historical backlog and administrative cleanup items; lock down historical data and archive outdated regulatory tiers in line with approved governance decisions.Rebuild and rationalize the Navex tier structure to support the centralized operating model, including visibility, routing, assignment and escalation needs.Translate privacy-impact-assessment outcomes into Navex and process changes, partnering with stakeholders to document controls, dependencies, decisions and risks.Configure and test workflow changes that move daily triage into Navex, retire routine Google Sheet reconciliation, and establish data-quality checks and repeatable controls for intake, triage, severity-setting, assignment, escalation and case closure.Enable Navex AI and analytics capabilities once the underlying data and configuration are sufficiently reliable.Assess and coordinate potential API integrations between Navex and relevant systems, documenting use cases, data flows, field mappings, authentication, error handling and control requirements, and supporting approved configuration, development and end-to-end testing.Lead user acceptance testing, defect triage, rollout readiness, stakeholder communications and post-implementation stabilization.Produce clear status reporting, decision logs, process documentation and handover materials for the GIS team.Identify opportunities to improve dashboards, data governance, reporting efficiency and forward-looking analytics after core remediation is complete. What You’ll Be Bringing Senior-level experience administering, remediating or implementing Navex EthicsPoint or a comparable GRC or case-management platform.Hands-on experience with data remediation, data migration, data archiving, tier or taxonomy redesign, workflow configuration, permissions, routing, statuses, testing and operational handover.Experience translating privacy, records-management or data-governance requirements into operational controls, including retention and access requirements.Experience delivering time-bound system or process-improvement projects, including planning, risk and dependency tracking, stakeholder coordination and rollout.Working knowledge of system-integration concepts, such as APIs, webhooks or middleware, and the ability to document business requirements, data flows, field mappings, authentication, error handling and testing needs.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation and collaborate with platform owners, vendors, privacy stakeholders and GIS business partners.High attention to detail, discretion, sound judgment and the ability to work autonomously in a global, cross-functional environment while handling sensitive investigation data. Pre-Employment Screening If your application is successful, your personal data may be used for a pre-employment screening check by a third party as permitted by applicable law. Depending on the vacancy and applicable law, a pre-employment screening may include employment history, education and other information (such as media information) that may be necessary for determining your qualifications and suitability for the position.
