Responsibilities
Serve as the escalation point for advanced incident management, performing deep-dive troubleshooting of infrastructure, containers, and cloud services to resolve complex or prolonged incidentsLead Root Cause Analysis for major or recurring issues, document findings, and implement permanent corrective actions to reduce recurrenceTroubleshoot pipeline failures, maintain infrastructure-as-code, and develop and optimize the CI/CD toolchainPlan and execute non-standard, high-risk, or architectural changes, such as cluster migrations and major upgradesAnalyze system performance, adjust resources, and tweak configurations for stability and cost optimizationCreate and update Standard Operating Procedures and Runbooks, and conduct training sessionsParticipate in on-call rotation to cover escalations and complicated deployment issues, including stand-by and troubleshooting modes during weekends
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps engineering or a related fieldKnowledge of Windows, Linux, PowerShell, and Bash scriptingExpertise in IIS, HAProxy, and RabbitMQBackground in Active Directory and Security TLS certificates managementProficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, and HelmFamiliarity with AWS IAM, EKS, ASG, ALB/NLB, and Route53Skills in Ansible for configuration management and automationUnderstanding of JEMSfm, JEMSco, JEMSts, and JEMSmm platformsCompetency in IoT Edge environmentsKnowledge of PowerBI, DWH, and MS SQLFlexibility to use on-call work modes, including stand-by and troubleshooting, across weekday and weekend coverageEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher
