What You Will Be Doing We are looking for the passionate in water and environment candidate that will join the project development team, reporting to the Customer Service Expert. The candidate will be based in Denov, Surkhandarya province (Uzbekistan), working within the project development company and in relation with the team working on the “Transformation of drinking water supply and sewage systems in Surkhandarya region” contract. The Candidate Will Carry Out The Following Tasks Working with the Customer Service Expert in developing the projects from early identification up to during the project period. Collect and analyse various data sources to support the projects development, Develop real-time monitoring dashboards to present progress of the KPIs, Participate in preparation, review, and finalisation of any necessary document / system / processes of the customer services topic, Participate in defining and follow-up of the works including follow up with other departments of the company, consultants (internal or external) or subcontractors, Participate in meetings with clients, authorities, …, as deemed necessary for the development of projects, Participate, coordinate or realise on site visits, meetings, workshops, due diligences, for the purpose of the projects, May travel within the country or within the Central Caucasus region for the purpose of the projects. Who We Are Looking For Skills and experiences needed in this role: Data analysis & statistics: ability to collect, clean, and analyze data. Exposure to data reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. General Requirements Driver license B is a plus Educational Requirements The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification. Has an educational background on Statistics / Computer Science / Economics / Engineering / Information Technology / Business Analytics Languages Required Proficiency in English, and Russian language. Required Technical Skills Project management skills, Experience in data analyzing and study reporting, Basic knowledge on water management, Basic knowledge on companies’ financial statements and models, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, …), SQL. Required Behavior Skills Ability to manage tight deadlines, Ability to work to achieve targets, Good communicational skills, Willingness to adapt to different working environment and culture, Critical approach to problem solving.
